This is a 5/16" T-Nut furniture leg adapter. To attach, drill a hole for the T-Nut to recess into. Put the T-Nut on the opposite side of the leg and screw in the leg, as it tightens, the barbs will lock into the wood and the leg can be easily removed or reinstalled later. This is for a package of 4 T-Nuts
